We do not offer free returns, fees apply.


Returns
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.


In that case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all appropriate parts and components and the packaging arrived exactly as the product arrived.
  2. Normal handling of the product is evident, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We are entitled to charge the customer the return costs. Elevate menswear is not responsible for return costs. A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to do the following to initiate the returns process.

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed returns form to the address on the returns form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.

Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you have asked us to do so. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs.

We process our returns in China, which means that you will have to return your package outside the EU. This may involve high costs of up to €40 or more, which we do not reimburse.

  • If the product is broken, a photo of the product

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor professional:


1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier named by you receives or takes delivery of the last goods.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so that a refund upon receipt of the goods is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Elevate menswear of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email). The revocation is completed when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.


Evidence for transport shipments
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no influence. If the goods are already on their way to you, a withdrawal is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your revocation.

To ensure that the goods are returned to you as quickly as possible, please send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this agreement, we will be required to pay all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any costs for this refund.
